Fire-Hydrants

Instructions: Get on all fours, place the TonerBum behind the back of your knee, slowly raise your leg to the side.

TB Swings

Instructions: Grip the TonerBum between your hands, stand with your hips wider than hip width apart and swing the TonerBum thrusting from your hips.

L 1 - 10 REPS REPEAT 3X = 6 MIN
