3 Exercises For A Plump & Toned Heart Shaped Booty
These 3 workouts tone every part of your booty, giving you that plump and toned bum you will love.
1 - Donkey Kicks (also called leg raises) tone the center and lower booty muscles for the perky look.- Start on all fours with hands under shoulders, knees below hips.
- Bend left leg to 90 degrees and place one weight behind left knee.
- Kick left leg up into the air, then pulse up 20 times.
- That's 1 rep, do 20 on each side.
2 - Fire Hydrants tone the side booty muscles for that heart shaped sexy look.
- Start on all fours with hands under shoulders, knees below hips.
- Bend left leg to 90 degrees and place one weight behind left knee.
- Kick left leg up to your side, then pulse 20 times.
- That's 1 rep, do 20 on each side.
3 - Deadlifts tone the top booty muscles for that plump and lifted look.
- Stand with feet hip-width apart, holding the dumbbells in front of thighs with palms facing body.
- With a slight bend in knees, push hips back and slowly slide the TONERBUM™ down legs toward floor while keeping spine long and abs tight.
- Push through the heels to return to standing, squeezing your butt when you stand.
- Do 20 reps on each leg.
